Double Bed Size & Measurements

Double beds and full size beds are the same size of bed and measure 75″ inches long and 54″ inches across. These measurements make double beds just 15″ wider in size than a twin bed.

Since a double bed is no longer than a twin, a double may be too short for a taller person and in many cases too narrow in size for two people.
